Dynegy To Disclose Climate Change Risk To Investors

Law360, New York (October 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Energy producer Dynegy Inc. has entered into an agreement with the New York attorney general's office that requires the company to disclose information to investors about the risks climate change poses to its business.

The Houston-based company will disclose material financial risks related to climate change regulations and legislation, climate change-related litigation, and the physical impacts of climate change, Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo and former Vice President Al Gore said Thursday.
