Dropped Call Case V. Sprint Stays In Fed. Court

Law360 (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class action against Sprint Nextel Corp. over dropped calls will remain in federal court, now that a judge has found that the Class Action Fairness Act applies to the suit and refused the plaintiff's request to remand it to state court.
