NY Court Remands Liz Claiborne Discrimination Suit

Law360 (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York state's highest court ruled clothing manufacturer Liz Claiborne Inc.'s motion for summary judgment in a sexual orientation discrimination suit was timely under the state's local rules and sent the case back to the appellate court for further consideration.
