CDW, 3rd-Party Defendants Settle In Display Suit

Law360 (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has dismissed the claims of third-party plaintiff CDW Corp. against three third-party defendants in a complex patent case over electronic display screens that is slated for trial next month.

In an order of dismissal without prejudice signed Oct. 23, Judge Leonard Davis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas approved CDW's motion to drop all of its third-party claims against suppliers Ingram Micro Inc., Global Marketing Partners Inc. and Sealand Inc. as part of a settlement the third-party plaintiff...
