Texas Voter ID Challengers Ask Justices To Uphold Legal Fees

Law360, New York (January 5, 2016, 5:03 PM EST) -- Those who successfully challenged Texas' voter identification law and were awarded more than $1 million in attorneys' fees recently urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reject the state's bid to overturn the fee award, arguing the challenge was untimely.
