Green Groups Seek To Weigh In On Polar Bear Suit

Law360 (October 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On the latest front in the fight over the classification of the polar bear, Greenpeace Inc., the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Center for Biological Diversity are seeking to join a suit brought by Safari Club International against the U.S. government as intervenor defendants.
