White & Case Seeks $2M For Month Of WCI Work

Law360, New York (October 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- White & Case LLP has requested over $2 million for the work it did last month representing bankrupt homebuilder WCI Communities Inc., bringing its total bill to more than $4.5 million since the Chapter 11 case was first filed.

In its second monthly fee application submitted Friday to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, White & Case asked for $1.97 million in fees, with 80 percent of that to be paid immediately, for the period between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30. It also...
