2nd J&J Pelvic Mesh Trial Kicks Off In Philly

Law360, Philadelphia (January 25, 2016, 3:48 PM EST) -- A second trial over alleged injuries caused by a Johnson & Johnson unit’s pelvic mesh got underway in Philadelphia on Monday, as a jury heard arguments that a New Jersey woman was left with significant, irreparable pain due to scarring from a defective implant.
