RICO Claims Reinstated In Workers' Comp Case

Law360, New York (October 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reinstated claims asserted by six men who accuse trucking outfit Cassens Transport Co. of being part of a scheme to fraudulently deny them workers' compensation benefits, just months after the U.S. Supreme Court vacated the appeals court's decision to affirm the suit's dismissal.
