Attorneys Drop Plaintiff In Software Copyright Dispute

Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys with Duckor Spradling Metzger and Wynne withdrew their representation of a California construction software company owner in a copyright infringement suit, alleging that the business owner made it “unreasonably difficult” to continue the suit.

Judge Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California ruled on Friday that the attorneys may drop their representation of Albert Hershey, the owner of Door Consultants Software LLC and the plaintiff in the suit.
