Delta-Northwest Merger Survives DOJ Probe

Law360 (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. and Northwest Airlines Corp. received another endorsement on Wednesday, when the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it had closed its inquiry of the $17.7 billion marriage between the two airlines.
