Oneida, Solomon Meet To Mediate Claim Dispute

Law360, New York (October 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Flatware company Oneida Ltd. and investment firm Peter J. Solomon Co. LP have agreed to mediation to resolve a dispute over a $6.17 million claim Solomon filed when Oneida was in bankruptcy two years ago.

The parties met for mediation on Thursday, but agreed to keep details of the discussion confidential, according to a stipulation filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
