Suit Over Iowa Retirement System Revived By Court

Law360, New York (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Iowa appeals court has revived a $37 million proposed class action over changes to the state's retirement system, reversing a lower court's ruling that the named plaintiff lacked standing to bring the suit.
