Obama Victory Heralds Revamp Of Employment Law

Law360 (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though the economic downturn may push things back somewhat, experts anticipate that President-elect Obama will move forward with pro-employee policies on both the legislative and regulatory fronts.
