Incoming Administration Eyes Ambitious Energy Goals

Law360 (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Barack Obama's energy plan was one of the reasons that William Weld, the former Republican governor of Massachusetts and now a partner at McDermott Will & Emery advising on government strategies and energy policy, endorsed Obama in the closing days of the campaign.
