Law360, Philadelphia (February 1, 2016, 7:33 PM EST) -- Prosecutors in an insider trading trial scheduled to begin Tuesday in Philadelphia will face a steep challenge as they aim to prove that an ex-Fox Rothschild LLP real estate partner used confidential information about the firm’s work, and not press reports, to trade ahead of a $760 million insurance industry merger.
