Judge Says New Immigrant Work Rules Are Legal

Law360 (November 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday granted summary judgment for the federal government in a case brought by 14 companies who are challenging rules that established a 180-day deadline for labor-certified potential immigrants to apply for visas.
