Securities Practice: Mayer Brown

Law360 (November 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The nature of securities litigation has changed, according to lawyers from Mayer Brown LLP, who say clients who once faced securities charges from one or two directions are now frequently bombarded with lawsuits and investigations from multiple angles.
