Baby Formula Makers' Case Transfer Request Denied

Law360 (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a suit alleging that a powdered infant formula made by Abbott Laboratories and other drug companies caused a newborn to suffer brain damage, a federal court has rejected the defendants' request to transfer the case from federal court in Minnesota to federal court in Louisiana.
