Workers Sue AT&T, Contractor Over Pay Spat

Law360, New York (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two construction workers seeking to represent a class of up to 1,500 employees have filed a purported class action against a utility construction company and AT&T Corp., accusing them of violating California labor laws by failing to pay regular wages and overtime and making employees sign fake time cards.
