Appeals Court Remands Union Carbide Asbestos Case

Law360 (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A dispute over whether an electrician suffering from terminal lung cancer was exposed to Union Carbide asbestos will be remanded to state court and go to trial, a Washington appeals court has ruled.
