5th Circ. Finds Texas Worker's Noncompete Valid

Law360 (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a case over alleged employee-poaching and violation of a noncompete agreement, a U.S. appeals court ruled Wednesday to strike down part of a district court’s ruling in favor of a worker who left one Texas door-making company for another.
