Asbestos Victims Demand Voice In Quigley Case

Law360, New York (November 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A committee of asbestos victims has objected to the fourth amended reorganization plan put forth by Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Quigley Co., arguing that the group still does not have a say in the long-standing bankruptcy proceedings.

On Wednesday, the ad hoc committee of tort victims filed a motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, asking the court to grant partial summary judgment and deny Quigley's reorganization proposal.
