Pa. Man Gets 1 Year Time-Served For Vandalizing Gas Wells

Law360, Washington (February 17, 2016, 6:39 PM EST) -- A Greene County, Pennsylvania, man on Tuesday received a sentence of time-served, one year in prison, for accusations that he helped steal copper wire and caused more than $18,600 in damage at the site of five natural gas wells, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton said Wednesday.
