Bloomberg Demands Fed Lending Disclosures In Suit

Law360 (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bloomberg LP accused the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of illegally refusing to disclose which financial institutions have received more than $400 billion in emergency discount window loans and what kinds of securities it has accepted as collateral for the taxpayer money.
