Slashed Fees For McDermott In St. Vincent's Suit OK'd

Law360, New York (November 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The bankruptcy judge overseeing St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York's Chapter 11 proceedings did not abuse his discretion when he slashed around $460,000 from McDermott Will & Emery LLP's $2.2 million fee request, a federal judge has ruled.
