Terminal Owners Sue Airlines, City Over Antitrust Concerns

Law360 (July 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lashing out at a proposed compromise that would amend a federal law governing the services offered by Dallas Love Field airport, the owners of a vacant passenger terminal are alleging in a federal antitrust suit filed earlier this week that the agreement limits competition.

Love Terminal Partners LP and Virginia Aerospace LLC, the owners of the Legend Airlines terminal at Dallas Love Field airport, filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
