Court Issues Markman Ruling In Enzo Biochem Case

Law360, New York (July 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marking the latest development in an ongoing patent feud between Enzo Biochem Inc. and a group of rival biotechnology companies, a federal court issued a Markman ruling Wednesday on the constructions of several disputed claims in the case.

Judge John Sprizzo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled this week pertaining to the terms of fifteen claims covering eight different patents.
