SRU's 31 Sensor Patents Invalid, Sensor Maker Claims

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Resonant Sensors Inc. and Resonant Optics Inc. have targeted SRU Biosystems Inc. in a lawsuit accusing the biotechnology firm of infringing two patents related to mode resonant sensors and attacking the validity of 31 of SRU's patents.

Arlington, Texas-based Resonant Sensors and its affiliate lodged the suit Thurs. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
