FCC Floats Plan To Expand Rural Broadband Access

Law360, Washington (February 22, 2016, 11:20 PM EST) -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler said Friday that he has circulated an order that would reform and modernize funding and expand broadband access in rural communities, saying it was developed through bipartisan compromise.
