Judge Seeks More Info As File-Sharing Feud Heats

Law360, New York (July 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move that may foreshadow a bumpy road ahead for StreamCast Networks Inc., a federal judge is asking for additional information before he rules on whether the closely watched copyright battle between the peer-to-peer file-sharing company and the entertainment industry will be sent to a jury.
