Antitrust Claims V. US Dept. Of Health Barred: Judge

Law360, New York (November 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that claimed the government's delay in processing applications to become a Medicare provider was a restraint of trade in violation of the Sherman Act.
