Suit Over Duke Energy Tax Credits Tossed

Law360 (November 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A district court judge has dismissed a lawsuit by environmental advocacy groups that challenged federal tax credits the U.S. Department of Energy agreed to give Duke Energy Corp. for its planned cleaner coal plant.
