Ex-Employees Stole Trade Secrets, St.-Gobain Claims

Law360, New York (November 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics Inc. has slapped two former employees and their new employer with a lawsuit for allegedly stealing trade secrets and property related to the manufacture of high temperature gas tubes, known as Geiger Mueller tubes, that are used to detect radiation.

The materials processing company lodged the suit against former director of engineering Kryiakos Tsorbatzoglou, former shipping/receiving coordinator Dora Pineda and Centronic LLC on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
