Bryan E. Minier has joined the firm's growing Chicago office as a partner in its banking and creditor rights practice, bringing extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy from his tenure leading Pederson & Houpt's bankruptcy practice group, the firm announced on March 3.
