Houston Fails To Extinguish Firefighters' Suit

Law360 (November 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas district court has partially rejected the city of Houston's attempt to squelch a suit brought by a group of black firefighters who claim the department failed to promote them because of their race.
