RxUSA Files New Suit Against Wholeseller

Law360, New York (July 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- RxUSA Wholesale Inc. has filed a new lawsuit against drug wholesaler McKesson for violating agreements to fill orders for various drugs.

The new lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in Nassau County, alleges that McKesson violated an agreement with RxUSA by not filling its orders for various drugs. The lawsuit seeks more than $54 million in damages.
