Suit Says ADT Security Systems Leave Homes Vulnerable

Law360, New York (March 8, 2016, 4:51 PM EST) -- A consumer on Monday hit home security company The ADT Corp. with a proposed class action in Florida federal court, claiming that the company deceptively markets its security systems as safe and reliable even though the systems are insecure and unencrypted, making them vulnerable to hackers.
