Judge OKs Collective Action By Tyson Workers

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge in Iowa has given a green light to a collective action brought by employees at a Tyson Foods Inc. meat processing facility who claimed they were not paid for all the time they spent working, a little more than a month after Tyson lost its bid to have the case folded into multidistrict proceedings.
