Ryanair Blasts EC Over Refusal To Share Probe Info

Law360, New York (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In its latest assault on the European Commission, Ryanair Ltd. has appealed eight of the regulator's refusals to give the discount airline access to documents from investigations into state aid to the carrier at regional airports.

Ryanair is seeking information the commission has compiled during its examinations of smaller airports in three major German cities - Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt - as well as five smaller cities in France, Denmark, Finland, Italy and Slovakia, the budget carrier announced Friday.
