Pom Goes To Trial To Show Coke Labels Cut Into Juice Profits

Law360, New York (March 10, 2016, 11:40 PM EST) -- Pom Wonderful LLC's storied battle with Coca-Cola Co. over rival juice drinks comes to a head Friday in Los Angeles where a federal jury will hear how Pom's iconic pomegranate juice product lost ground to a similarly labeled juice product by Coca-Cola that allegedly downplayed that it was mostly made of apple and grape juices.
