Pfizer Seeks To Limit Discovery In Quigley Ch. 11

Law360 (November 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. has sought a protective order limiting the scope of discovery by lawyers for asbestos victims who are fighting subsidiary Quigley Co. Inc.'s latest plan of reorganization.

The motion, filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, says the Ad Hoc Committee of Tort Victims in Quigley's Chapter 11 case changed tactics during depositions last week despite an agreement about what discovery could proceed.
