11th Circ. Asked To Affirm PIP Claim Coverage Denial

Law360, New York (March 15, 2016, 11:03 PM EDT) -- Two excess insurers told the Eleventh Circuit on Monday that a Florida federal judge got it right by ruling they owed no coverage to Direct General Insurance Co. for underlying class action and individual claims alleging it underpaid personal injury protection benefits because some of those claims predated the excess policies.
