ITC Again Delays Review Of Dentons DQ In Gap Patent Row

Law360, New York (March 16, 2016, 6:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has again put off a deadline to review the disqualification of Dentons’ over a cross-verein conflict raised when the firm agreed to represent RevoLaze LLC in patent suit against Gap Inc., a longtime firm client.

The commission on Monday extended a self-imposed deadline to April 26 to consider Dentons’ self-described “acute” interest in a review of a June disqualification.

With the underlying patent suit now complete, Dentons has continued to fight what an ITC administrative law judge called a "drastic remedy" to address a conflict of interest that arose when Dentons lawyers in the U.S. agreed...
