Globus Dodges Subpoena In Doc's Patent Row With Medtronic

Law360, Washington (March 18, 2016, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Globus Medical Inc. will not have to provide information on a spinal deformity treatment device, after a Pennsylvania federal judge quashed a doctor’s subpoena Thursday, saying the request for documents was irrelevant to a separate infringement suit against Medtronic Inc.
