Novatel, M2M Jointly Dismiss Technology Patents Row

Law360, New York (March 18, 2016, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Wireless technology company Novatel and a patent holding company that accused it of infringing two communications patents have agreed to dismiss their case, one week after a Delaware federal judge narrowed the claims in the suit and threw out experts from both sides.
