Republicans Introduce Bill To Kill DOL's Impending OT Rule

Law360, New York (March 18, 2016, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Congressional Republicans on Thursday introduced a bill designed to kill the U.S. Department of Labor’s rule expanding overtime eligibility, which is close to being finalized, saying the DOL’s rule would overly burden businesses and cost workers their jobs.
