Law360, New York (November 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The speculation over which law firm would be able to entice former Solicitor General Paul Clement to join its ranks has ended. Clement, who left his post in June and took up teaching at Georgetown University Law Center, has now returned to his former firm King & Spalding LLP.
King & Spalding said Clement would focus on expanding the firm's appellate practice and would establish a strategic counseling practice.
