Water Pump Co. Asks DC Circ. Not To Revive FCA Damages

Circuit to stick with a decision to toss a $580,000 False Claims Act award over commissions that the company paid to a foreign sales agent, saying that a circuit panel followed previous federal rulings about vague definitions of what's illegal under the FCA.
