Law360, New York (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied First Personal Bank's motion to dismiss a claim of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act in a suit brought by a woman whose job offer was rescinded after a legal medication showed up in her pre-employment drug test.
